FREE delivery is offered to the majority of mainland UK postcodes but some areas may incur a surcharge and some postcode areas are not covered at all.
Please be aware that we currently cannot arrange for delivery of this product to the following postcodes: AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, LL58-LL78, IM, TR, BT, PO30-41. GY, HS, IM, JE
Delivery Lead Times
The estimated delivery lead time for this product is identified on the product page. Lead times are in working days (Monday - Friday) excludes Bank Holidays.
These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed - due to fluctuation in demand - but are provided in good faith and are representative of delivery at that time. Some remote areas will take a little longer.
Upon Delivery
Delivery is made by the manufacturer. Delivery of this item is typically made by a 17 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry).
Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Deliveries are hand-balled off by the driver.
We would recommend against arranging for a third party to install the building before it's been delivered and checked that all parts are present, as we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs.
Installation Option
If you are choosing the installation option after placing your order you’ll be contacted within 7 working days by the manufacturer either by email or automated telephone message (the latter if a mobile number is not supplied).
The installation option could extend your lead time by up to 15-25 working days. This may take longer during seasonal periods. Please be aware that the installation team will require full access to your garden, 18" clearance all around the building and a firm and level base.
The installation team will not bring a building through your home as they are not covered by insurance to enter a customer’s home.
If you do not receive your package within the stated time then please feel free to email us at support@homegardendepot.com and I will follow up with you immediately.
, If within 2 weeks after receiving the product you decide our product hasn't performed to the standard you desire, just email me at support@homegardendepot.com and i'll give you a complete refund.
If you are not satisfied i would not feel right keeping your money, i will make it easy to get a refund. And just to be clear, there are absolutely no strings attached, no forms to fill out, nothing to prove and i promise we wont question you.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (which has now replaced the Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of having received the goods without giving any reason.*
To exercise the right to cancel, you must clearly inform us via email (support@homegardendepot.com) of your decision to cancel the contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
*Bespoke and perishable products are excluded.
If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
You will, however, have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This may involve either posting the item yourself or paying a collection charge.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will refund you within 14 days of returning the item.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you discover, upon receipt, a product you have ordered to be damaged, please notify us by sending a photo and description to support@homegardendepot.com without undue delay.
If an item is missing, please locate its product name in the assembly instructions and notify us via the above email too.
We will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible by replacing or supplying any damaged or missing goods free of charge.
